All positions have the following requirments in common:

• Want to work for a quality orientated company that cares about its employees and customers.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Committed to following saftey rules and regulations aplplicable to the tree industry.
• Committed to working in all types of weather

Foreman

• Have at least three years experience motivating and leading a crew of at least three members.
• Have at least five years experience in the tree industry
• Have a CDL license.
• Committed to ongoing education to stay current to all industry standards and safety regulations
• Display the abillity to properly and professionally communicate between customers and employees.

Groundsmen

• Knowledge of all aspects in tree care or are committed to learning a career in this business
• CDL License or the ability to obtain within 60 days
• Display the ability to handle basic mechanical requirements for operation of equipment pertaining to this industry.

Climbers

• Knowledge of climbing techniques and can demonstrate skills
• Commitment to industry standards and safety with a dedication to continual education
• CDL License or the ability to obtain within 60 days
• Have a clean driving record
• Have at least three to five years experience as a climber
